• Once the tyres have been dispatched - we also track
delivery and ask the fitting centre to confirm that the tyres have
arrived
• Booking reminder once tyres arrive at the fitting centre –
prior to this we contact the centre to ensure that the tyres are
correct for your fitting
Mail Order
• On completion of purchase
• Once the tyres have been dispatched
In the unlikely event that an issue is encountered during the process, we will contact you by phone or email to inform you and to deliver a solution.
